About Us: Our Philosophy

The local market for elevator service has become polarized over the last decade or so. On the one hand, large European elevator corporations are costly and often provide poor service. On the other hand, some affordable, small, independent companies often can’t live up to their customers’ expectations because they don’t have enough workers or talented elevator technicians. Consequently, this polarization creates a niche in the market for Ace Elevator LLC.
We were founded in 2011 due to the need in the local market for a cost-competitive elevator company that can deliver fast & excellent service with knowledgeable technicians who care about doing their job right. Our response times are the best in the area. This idea has proven credible, as evidenced by our relatively rapid growth.

We may not always be the least expensive, but we are the most valuable. Often, we’ve seen that the low bidder does not provide the service the customer expects due to a lack of means. The customer becomes dissatisfied and vendor can't turn an honest profit. This “Lose/Lose” scenario results in a poor relationship between the service provider and the customer. Our “Win/Win” philosophy proves that we care about our customers’ success. We realize that our success is connected to our customers success (and often vice versa).
Ace Elevator LLC has the same approach with employees as our customers. Our employees are glad to work for a company that treats them respectfully and is also interested in their happiness. Happy employees are motivated to work diligently and take pride in their work. Our elevator mechanics are active members of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 5 and have successfully completed the NEIEP apprenticeship and passed the Mechanics Exam. Working under the auspices of the union assures that our technicians are not only skilled and qualified but also abide by a code of conduct founded on integrity and upheld by their trade union.
